Preschool Acro
We are excited to offer Preschool Acro! The preschool program is focused on helping to build a child’s coordination, strength, flexibility, and locomotor skills. With a fun and imaginative approach, students learn basic tumbling skills and basic dance skills which will help them in all other styles of dance.
Acro
Acro is centered on fundamental acrobatic technique to increase flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, endurance, timing, body awareness, self-discipline, and confidence. Classes focus on proper hand placement and body alignment with emphasis on the muscles and flexibility required to perform proper technique. Students build upon basic acro skills including rolls, cartwheels, backbends, and walkovers depending on their level.
Our studio and several of our instructors are Acrobatic Arts certified for both Preschool and Module 1.
